DCHKGL

Purpose:

 DCHKGL tests DGGBAL, a routine for balancing a matrix pair (A, B).

Parameters

[in]	NIN	NIN is INTEGER The logical unit number for input. NIN > 0.
[in]	NOUT	NOUT is INTEGER The logical unit number for output. NOUT > 0.
